OUR TEAM

RINA KIKA
Rina is a qualified lawyer with many years of experience across various positions.
She has bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Prishtina, an LL.M. from the University of Zurich, and another LL.M. from Duke University. She was awarded four scholarships during her educational career.
She began her journey in law practice during the end of her bachelor's degree by interning for various USAID projects in Kosovo, then as a legal researcher. She continued her work as a legal associate in Switzerland, and came back to Kosovo and continued her work on pro bono projects and with various law firms and NGOs. She also worked for the International Human Rights Clinic while at Duke, and she founded this law firm upon her return to Kosovo. She is fluent in Albanian, English, and German, and she is also working on her Italian.

VJOSA KIKA
Vjosa is an experienced legal professional with a focus on business and finance.
She has a bachelors degree in Law from the University of Prishtina, she has spent some time at the University of Graz as an exchange student, and has an LL.M. from The Ohio State University for which she won a scholarship.
Her legal career began with a position in a USAID project in Kosovo, as a legal researcher. Then working as a Senior Legal Specialist at Raiffeisen Bank, she gained exceptional experience regarding the applicable regulatory requirements for financial institutions and businesses that offer financial services. She also taught Business Law as a volunteer teaching assistant at Riinvest College and participated in two moot competitions for International Commercial and Investment Arbitration in Vienna and Washington D.C. She is fluent in Albanian and English.
